Meet Our Staff

Church Council

The Church Council is accountable to the Harvest Springs congregation

and is tasked with the responsibility to oversee and protect the church body

through spiritual leadership and oversight of the church's vision and mission.


Below is a list of the current lay-leaders who serve on the Church Council

along with the Lead Teaching Pastor and Lead Executive Pastor.

  • Jamie and his wife Luann, have attended Harvest Springs for 17 years.  They have two grown children and four grandchildren, all who live in Great Falls.  Jamie works as a PA in neurology at Benefis.  Jamie also has a degree in counseling.  Over his time at Harvest Springs he as served at a classroom teacher with Harvest Kids, been a part of the connection team, has actively led in the men's ministry, taught several of our classes, and led multiple small groups.

  • Chad, and his wife Erica, have attended Harvest Springs for the past 16 years.  They have 3 grown children living in various communities around Montana.  Chad works as an Aircraft Mechanic Supervisor for the Montana Air National Guard.  He and his wife have previously been involved with Groups, Classes, and served on the Kids Check-In team; while also assisting with VBS and the Global Leadership Summit.

  • Sarah and her husband Paul, have attended Harvest Springs for almost 20 years.  They have 4 children ranging from 23 yrs - 9 years old.  Sarah works part-time as a fitness instructor and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree from Northern Seminary. Sarah serves as one of our worship leaders and also heads up the leadership team for our women's ministry.

    I am praying not only for these disciples but also for all who will ever believe in me through their message.  I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one - as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me.    [ John 17:20-21 ]

  • Gary, and his wife Paula, have attended Harvest Springs for the last 5 years.  They have 7 grown children, 16 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.  Gary worked for 19 years at Malmstrom AFB in marketing as a graphic designer.  He has served on the previous Executive Team, as wells serving as a volunteer with the worship band, and has taught several of our Class offerings over previous years.

Board Of Administration

The Board Of Administration is accountable to the Harvest Springs congregation

and is tasked with the responsibility to provide oversight and accountability

of the organizational and business administration of the church.

along with the Lead Executive Pastor and Lead Teaching Pastor.

  • Jesse, and his wife Kari, have attended Harvest Springs for over 17 years.  They have 2 elementary age boys.  Jesse works as a division manager with Loenbro.  He recently began serving on the Executive Team, and has also been involved as an usher and assisted with various church event security teams.  Jesse and Kari have also led multiple small groups over the years they have been at Harvest Springs.

  • Jeff and his family have attended Harvest Springs for a little over 3 years.  He and his wife, Michelle, have 4 daughters.  Jeff works as a senior munitions inspector with the Montana Air National Guard.  He served on the previous Executive Team, and has served as a volunteer with the tech team and connection team.  Jeff and Michelle also lead a small group, and have been involved with other special events such as Night To Shine and KF3.

    I prayer that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith.  And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have the power, together with the Lord's holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge - that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.    [ Ephesians 3:16-19 ]

  • Bob and his family have attended Harvest Springs for the last 10 years.  He and his wife, Katrina, have 3 teenage children.  Bob works as a CPA here in Great Falls.  He served on the previous Executive Team, and serves as a volunteer with the worship band, leads a small group, and has been involved with VBS, Serve Day, and other special events.

  • Meredith and her husband Sterling, have attended Harvest Springs for 9 years.  They are the parents to 3 young children.  Meredith has work experience in accounting and office management, and currently is a group fitness instructor.  Over her time as Harvest Springs, she has served with the Coffee Shop, volunteered at VBS, is a part of the Sunday morning breakfast team, and participated in one of our global vision trip teams in Bolivia.
