Church Council
The Church Council is accountable to the Harvest Springs congregation
and is tasked with the responsibility to oversee and protect the church body
through spiritual leadership and oversight of the church's vision and mission.
Below is a list of the current lay-leaders who serve on the Church Council
along with the Lead Teaching Pastor and Lead Executive Pastor.

Chad, and his wife Erica, have attended Harvest Springs for the past 16 years. They have 3 grown children living in various communities around Montana. Chad works as an Aircraft Mechanic Supervisor for the Montana Air National Guard. He and his wife have previously been involved with Groups, Classes, and served on the Kids Check-In team; while also assisting with VBS and the Global Leadership Summit.

Gary, and his wife Paula, have attended Harvest Springs for the last 5 years. They have 7 grown children, 16 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. Gary worked for 19 years at Malmstrom AFB in marketing as a graphic designer. He has served on the previous Executive Team, as wells serving as a volunteer with the worship band, and has taught several of our Class offerings over previous years.

Crystal and her husband Kevin have attended Harvest Springs for 13 years. They have two boys ages 9 and 6. Crystal works as a chiropractor and helps run the office owned by their family. Crystal has been a part of community groups at Harvest Springs, as well as serving on the tech team for weekend services, women's events, and the GLS. She also serves in our Harvest Kids program as the large group host, and helps out with the elementary age classes.

Russ, and his wife Kay have attended Harvest Springs for 7 years. They have 3 grown kids and 8 grandkids with another on the way. Russ works as the director of agricultural sales for Agri-cover. During his time at Harvest Springs Russ has been involved with community groups, the Harvest Men's ministry, and serving on the Connection Team.

Marty, and his wife Robin have attended Harvest Springs for 3 years. They have 3 grown kids and 4 grandkids with another on the way. Marty is currently retired, but previously worked as a mechanical engineer in the tech industry , and also is a part of his family start up of Coffee Republic. During his time at Harvest Springs Marty has been involved with leading a community group as well as regular engagement with our weekend worship services.

Pat and his wife Mel have attended Harvest Springs for the last 4+ years. They have 4 young kids. Pat works in management with Big Sky Scientific. He has been involved with several classes as well as the Men's ministry at Harvest Springs..

Jeff and his family have attended Harvest Springs for a little over 3 years. He and his wife, Michelle, have 4 daughters. Jeff works as a senior munitions inspector with the Montana Air National Guard. He served on the previous Executive Team, and has served as a volunteer with the tech team and connection team. Jeff and Michelle also lead a small group, and have been involved with other special events such as Night To Shine and KF3.

Meredith and her husband Sterling, have attended Harvest Springs for 9 years. They are the parents to 3 young children. Meredith has work experience in accounting and office management, and currently is a group fitness instructor. Over her time as Harvest Springs, she has served with the Coffee Shop, volunteered at VBS, is a part of the Sunday morning breakfast team, and participated in one of our global vision trip teams in Bolivia.
