WHAT IS KIDS HOPE?
KidsHope USA is a national program that equips churches like Harvest Springs to establish mentors for children in a local school.
Our partnership with Sacajawea Elementary School has opened the door for us to connect a caring adult with a child who could use another person in their life to love and encourage them.
WHAT IS MENTORING?
Mentoring is an intentional leveraging of your influence to love and encourage a child.
Mentors are not Tutors! This program is not designed to focus on academics, but rather on personal traits as well as the social and emotional needs of a child.
Being a Kids Hope mentor means committing to
One Hour
Once a Week
You will meet with the child you mentor at the school in a designated location.
